Each scope received for repair undergoes thorough incoming and outgoing inspections. Findings are recorded in our service record that accompanies the scope going back to the hospital. The same information is entered into our database to facilitate repair history tracking. Other information such as the exact repair performed is also recorded. With each repair, an assessment of the scope's remaining serviceable life is also estimated. And finally, BEFORE and AFTER photographs are inserted as appropriate to illustrate the repair accomplished. Complete traceability of work performed on any given scope is possible.
